Oh, I am so very happy to be blogging in English for the first time here. Yeeehaw ! I will try to add the German translation later, but for now we’ll keep it in English so most of you guys out there are able to understand.<\/p>\n

Heute nehme ich zum ersten Mal an einem neuen BlogHop teil zusammen mit Demos aus der ganzen Welt. Daher ist der Beitrag heute \u00fcberwiegend in Englisch, ich bitte um Nachsicht. F\u00fcr den Moment muss ich euch leider auf die Bilder und ein bisschen weniger Text vertr\u00f6sten. Es geht heute um das Designerpapier Garten-Impressionen<\/strong>)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Each month we will play with a differen DSP – so be sure to check back regulary. The first DSP we’ll be showing you is the GARDEN IMPRESSIONS DSP <\/strong>(on page 130 annual catalogue).<\/p>\n

So, those of you who know me – should know that I am mostly working with neutral colors in combination with subtles like blushing bride, pear pizzazz etc. so this COLORFUL paper put me to the test. And what can I say, after playing around with it, I started liking it. Hope you like this project which is kinda different but still sorta my style<\/strong> \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

I recommend you to cut your paper.<\/strong> Sometimes the design allows for fussy cutting, which I did in this card. I took my paper snips and cut the flowers and the leaves.<\/p>\n

\"StampinThen I combined it on a card using a greeting from a wonderful new set that is full of Get Well sentiments.<\/p>\n

Es lohnt sich auch mal die Schere auszupacken und das Designerpapier zu zerschnippeln – so entstehen ganz neue Kreationen. Das doch sehr bunte DSP wird auf einmal sehr clean und simple. Nat\u00fcrlich habe ich auch hier die Farbe wieder mit einer NEUTRAL Farbe etwas abgemildert, diesmal in der neuen Farbe Granit. Die liegt genau zwischen Savanne und Schiefergrau und eignet sich wundervoll in Kombination mit knalligen Farben.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The second project I’d like to share with you is a very basic use of the DSP,<\/strong> where I used it for a background – added a sentiment …and all done \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 Using DSP is such an easy way for a quick<\/strong> project, don’t you think?<\/p>\n

Tipp:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 DSP can be a real time-saver.<\/strong> Grab a piece, add a sentiment, adhere to a basic card front and you are good to go. Since all colors used are noted in the catalogue finding the corresponding basic color for your cardstock is a breeze.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Das zweite Projekt, das ich f\u00fcr euch habe ist ganz klassisch mit dem Designerpapier gestaltet, einfach eine Lage Fl\u00fcsterwei\u00df auf eine Grundkarte in Granit geklebt, darauf das DSP an allen Seiten 3 mm kleiner als das Fl\u00fcsterweis und dann nur noch einen Spruch dazu in Memento gestempelt und aufgebracht. Es muss nicht immer aufw\u00e4ndig sein, wenn man eine Karte selbst gestalten m\u00f6chte. Mit Designerpaperi ist das wirkllich im Handumdrehen erledigt.

Absolutely love the sentiment. It comes with the corresponding stamp set called „Fr\u00fchlingsfreuden“ in German. Love all of those sentiments in this set. And it comes as a 10% bundle with framelits.<\/p>\n

Dem Spruch finde ich besonders sch\u00f6n zu dem Designerpapier Garten Impressionen, denn BLUMIGE Gr\u00fc\u00dfe versendet man doch gerne. Ich pers\u00f6nlich verschenke gerne einen Strau\u00df frische Blumen, aber wenn jemand etwas weiter weg wohnt, dann gehen doch auch mal Blumen aus Papier, oder was meinst du?
